12 Axes terms of use

Educational purpose, limits of results, source attribution and use of this edition of the 12 Axes test.

Updated Sources & methodology

Last updated:

Billing and delivery

The 36-, 60- and 240-question tests and on-screen results are free (US$0), with no account required. The planned digital product, Personalized Political Profile Report, is priced at US$3.99 (USD), paid once per report. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring billing cycle or automatic renewal.

The purchase will be associated with Download PDF on the results page. Payments are not yet available: merchant-account approval and checkout integration are pending. Local report export remains free for now and creates no obligation to pay later.

When enabled, checkout will show the total and any applicable taxes before confirmation. Delivery will be digital, through a PDF download after payment confirmation. Close checkout before confirming payment to cancel without a charge. There is no subscription to cancel.

Refunds and cancellation

After payment and successful download of the digital report, the purchase is final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind or disagreement with the interpretation. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

For duplicate charges, non-delivery or a damaged or unusable file, contact us so we can investigate and provide redelivery, a correction or a refund as appropriate. If payment has been confirmed but the download has not been completed, request cancellation before downloading.

Send requests to support@navsprout.com with the transaction identifier, date and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details or political answers. Approved refunds will be requested through the original payment method; credit timing depends on the provider and bank.

Acceptable use, breaches and termination

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access or payment controls, attempt to access another person’s data, commit fraud or use the app for harassment. Do not republish questions, code, profiles or images without permission where required by the applicable license or law. These terms do not remove rights granted by open-source licenses or legal exceptions. You may download and share your own result for personal use.

Depending on severity and available evidence, we may issue a warning, limit requests, suspend access or terminate service for a user who breaches these rules. Restrictions may be immediate for fraud, security risks or legal obligations. Contact us to challenge a restriction or correct an error.

Termination does not remove mandatory refund rights or our responsibility for an undelivered paid report. You may stop using the service at any time and clear local data from the Privacy page.

Purpose of the application

12 Axes is provided as an educational tool for reflection and comparison of answers. Its results are not professional advice, voting instructions, a diagnosis or a certified measurement of political beliefs.

The quiz and on-screen results do not require payment or account creation. Optional paid PDF reports are described on the Pricing page; checkout is not yet available. You can stop the test, revisit questions or choose not to share a result.

Limits and interpretation

Questions and reference vectors simplify complex topics. They may contain biases, omissions or errors. Compatibility does not mean agreement with every action of a person, country or organization.

Do not use a profile as proof of someone’s character, identity or eligibility. If a description appears wrong, consult the sources and contact the maintainer.

Sources and materials

The original model’s license notices and attribution continue to apply to the corresponding materials. A publicly available page does not automatically grant permission to republish code, questions, profiles or images.

External sites are independent references. Including a link does not claim a partnership, approval or endorsement by the destination.

Updates and contact

Content, reference profiles and application behavior may be corrected or updated. The editorial policy explains how revisions are recorded. The Contact page identifies the channels published for this edition.
